The Theben PIRA-T8-2-DE is a 360° recessed PIR motion and presence detector built for smart control of both lighting and HVAC systems. Designed for indoor ceiling installations in offices, meeting rooms, and commercial spaces, it offers wide detection coverage and dual output channels—one for lighting and one for HVAC control via a potential-free contact. It features mixed light measurement for accurate brightness detection, with adjustable lux sensitivity (5–1000 lux) and delay settings for both lighting (5s–15min) and HVAC (10s–120min). Factory default settings (100 lux and 2-minute delay) allow for immediate use out of the box. The unit supports various lamp types, including LED (up to 200W), fluorescent, halogen, and energy-saving bulbs, and is IP21 rated for dry indoor environments. Ideal for energy-saving automation, the PIRA-T8-2-DE fits ceiling heights from 2 to 3 metres and is compatible with 230V AC, 50Hz systems.
